Look what my poo can do!

My Mama put some of my poo in pots with dirt. I wasn't sure what she was doing, but now I think I get it.

See this plant? Last weekend it looked dead, but now look at it!

Here's my little mint plant. It's growing too. And I don't think you can see it, but the cilantro in that other pot is juuuust starting to come up.

Pretty cool, huh?

Hi.

Not too much has been happening here. My Mama went back to work and school after the holidays, which means less bounce time for me. I liked it when she was home with me to pet me and love me all day. Maybe someday she can be a stay-at-home bunny mom. I’d like that. I bet she would, too.

The little mint plant my Grandma bought for me is still alive, and sometimes I get fresh mint leaves with my dinner. It’s yummy. Mama said she’s going to try to grow some cilantro in a pot for me, too.

I guess that’s all the news right now. I’d like to try the start up the Friday Evening Book Club again, but my Mama’s really been watching me when I get by the book shelves. I’m a pretty clever bunny, though, so I bet I can figure out a way to get my paws on one.

Happy New Year!

Happy New Year!

Today has been a good day. I’ve been napping in my favorite spots, ate some banana, and my Mama is really happy because her football team won today.

I’m looking forward to this year. Last year turned out pretty good. At the beginning of last year, I was bored, lonely, dirty, hungry, felt yucky, and no one loved me. But now I have lots of toys, a nice clean home, food every day, and lots of people who love me. Since my Mama loves me more than anything in the whole wide world (she told me so), I think everything’s going to stay good. I hope Rudy and Camelot, the other two bunnies at the humane society with me when I got adopted, are having just as good a new year.

Christmas is cool

Hi. I’m back from my grandma’s house. I did not like the car ride or being stuck in my pen all the time, but I got lots of attention (including lots of forehead rubs) from my mama, my grandma, and my uncle, and I got extra treats every day. Plus, I got some new toys. If it weren’t for the really long car ride, I’d be ready to go back. I really got spoiled there. My grandma even bought me my very own mint plant.

I tried to stay awake so I could meet Santa Paws, but I fell asleep. Maybe next time. He did not bring my Mama a lump of coal for bringing me to the vet. She got a bunch of presents. I even got her a present – a book about animals. Wasn’t that nice of me? She gave me a really cool puzzle with my name on it. It’s fun to chew on and throw. I also got a new ball to replace the one I ate, a stuffed apple to toss around, some wood to chew, and some treats. Not a bad haul. Check it out:

I’m sad that Christmas only comes once a year, though.

Bah, humbug

How do I get ahold of Santa Paws to tell him to put my Mama on the "naughty" list so she gets a lump of coal? She brought me to the vet today! I got held down while the mean vet cut my nails then pried open my mouth to look at my teeth. I hope the vet gets coal in her Christmas stocking, too. I think I should get their presents too, because I endured the torture and did not bite or scratch either of them.

Mama said that she was sorry, but it had to be done. That's a big load of bunny poo. I was just fine without going to that place. I'll be giving my Mama the cold shoulder tonight.

Holiday time

Sorry I haven’t updated. My Mama had something called “Finals” and has been very busy and using her computer all the time.

Christmas is getting closer. Here’s a picture of our tree:

And here’s my favorite thing on the tree:

I’d bet I’d look cute napping in a Santa hat.

Lots of fluffy white stuff fell from the sky last weekend. It’s called snow. My Mama brought some inside, and I ate it. It didn’t really taste like anything, but it was different, so I ate a bunch of it. I even dug in it a little.

Mama was wrapping presents earlier. I wonder if any of them are for me. And speaking of presents, should I get my Mama a present?

November

The last few weeks have been quiet. Since I last updated, I saw my Grandma again (and had fun jumping on her and untying her shoes), and my winter coat has come in.

Thanksgiving has come and gone. I’m not quite sure what it was all about, but my Mama said she was very thankful for me and then gave me an extra treat. So, I think I like Thanksgiving. And since I guess we’re supposed to say what we’re thankful for, I’m thankful for my Mama, my home, and my toys.

Now, something called Christmas is coming. From what I gather, it involves food and toys. I can’t wait!
